Personal Loan Product Manager, Virtual Bank

Our client is a fast growing Virtual Bank in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in their retail banking business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre product development professional to join their unsecured loan business on digital platforms.

Report directly to the Product Head, you will be a key member of the product team to oversee the digital product strategy and drive customer acquisitions and penetrations of unsecured lending products. You will drive the whole product lifecycle and seek for product enhancement and expand product range to meet business objectives. You will source new business partnerships to expand the customer acquisition/usage channels. You will keep abreast of latest market trend, analyse customers' behaviour, key financial drivers and competitors'' strategy to sustain a continuous portfolio growth and maintain competitiveness in the market. You will coordinate with different departments, including Operation in streamlining processes and Risk and Compliance in ensuring adherence of relevant policies and guidelines.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in unsecured lending product development
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
