Personal Loan Product Development Head, GBA

Our client is a well-established financial services group with diversified businesses. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has been created for a high-calibre product development professional to set up the GBA personal lending product team.

Reporting to the Business Head, you will be a key member to start the GBA retail lending product team formulating product development and business strategies to support business growth. You will plan and implement various marketing initiatives and manage projects to drive business growth for unsecured lending business in GBA region. You will drive customer on-boarding journey and carry out projects to uplift customer experience. You will work closely with internal marketing communications team to implement marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisitions and product penetrations. You will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers. You will work closely with different sales channels and formulate and develop marketing strategies and plans for them to enhance their sales performance.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years' experience in product management / marketing/ business management for retail lending business
• Strong analytical, negotiations and interpersonal skills
• Frequent travel to GBA region is a must
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
