Personal Assistant (Travel) 45k - Family Office

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and personal secretarial support to the CEO
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO
  • Handle complex travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, accomodation and transportation
  • Arrange household staff roster, family members' appointments and run errands
  • Organize and participate in meetings, including preparing agenda and presentation materials and following up on action items
  • Accompany the CEO on business and personal trips when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 5 years supporting top executives, ideally in financial instututions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficienct in Japanese is a plus
  • Good command in computer applications and Microsoft Office, including typing in Chinese and English.
