Personal Assistant, good English, $45K

Job description

Our client is a local investment company. Due to business needs, they are looking for an personal assistant to support the Chairman.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman
  • Extensive calendar management, arrange internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
  • Liaised with associations, charity groups and internal departments for event participation
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • 10 - 15 years of PA & EA experience
  • Financial service industry background is an advantage
  • Detail-minded, responsible, efficient, energetic and dynamic
  • Good Chinese & English writing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
