Personal Assistant (Family Office)

Job description

The Role

  • Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
  • Handle itineraries, flight and hotel arrangements, visas and forex processing for the team
  • Coordinate and administer the logistics associated with the board meetings
  • Provide assistance on presentation materials preparation
  • Track business expenses and prepare expense reports

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial and/or administrative experience
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Detail-minded and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Effective communication skills are key (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
