Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Counsel on trademark porfolio
  • Offer administrative support to legal contract management system
  • Contribute to policy and project review and implementation
  • Monitor intellectual property-related legal costs regularly
  • Provide secretarial support including event organization, meeting coordination, expenses cliam

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in global trademark, open to candidates without in-house experience
  • Excellent communication skills including Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good command in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing
  • Energtic, self-motivated with can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
