Paralegal (HK$30-45k)

Job responsibilities:

• Provide support to Partners and Associates in Hong Kong
• Matter management (example: reviewing initial and subsequent drafts and summarizing changes and highlighting changes relevant to the client), handling documentation relating to closings and completion and document checklist review and annotation
• Help prepare listing document and general corporate document
• Perform due diligence and legal research

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in the Corporate or Debt Capital Markets practice. Candidates with experience working in international firms or handling cross-border cases will be preferred. A high fluency level in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required for this role.
