Paralegal (Funds) - Leading international law firm

A leading international law firm with a higly-regarded corporate practice is seeking a Paralegal to join them.

Job responsibilities:

This role will work under an experienced Partner in the funds team to support across their various projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting to draft legal documents, as well as emails to clients, conduct legal research across various jurisdictions, maintain and manage related documentation, liaise with third parties, assist with changes in companies and provide overall administrative support when required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a law degree holder with around 2 years of Paralegal work experience either from the funds, corporate, banking & finance, or related practice areas. High proficiency in English is essential for this role, as well as business-level in Cantonese and Mandarin. This role requires excellent written skills to assist with drafting work.

Job offers:

• 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
• Stable working hours and working environment
• Central work location
• 20 days AL with medical insurance
