Paralegal (Funds)

The Company:

Our client is an offshore law firm. They are looking for a Paralegal to join their funds and regulation team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on funds and regulatory matters
• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including fund formation documents, regulatory filings, and compliance materials
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents
• Communicate with clients and external parties as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the Funds and Regulation Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm, preferably in the funds and regulation practice area
• Strong research and writing skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
