They are well-known as the market leader in corporate practice and have formed teams of high performing lawyers providing bespoke legal solutions to corporate clients on a wide range of transactions. It's an exciting opportunity where you will be involved in all aspects of their corporate projects.

Responsibilities

In this role you will work on a variety of corporate matters, including, IPO, listed company compliance and company secretarial related work.

As a paralegal in this team you will also be involved in legal researches, verification, due diligence and bilingual translations. Also assist in preparing legal documents for IPO, HK listed companies compliance work, work closely with company secretary team on company secretarial related matters.

Requirements:

• LLB / JD / LLM graduate
• Minimum 2 years of corporate paralegal experience from either international law firm or reputable local law firm
• Prior full-time work experience in Hong Kong side ECM transactions and compliance
• Eager to learn, positive working attitude and strong attention to details
• Native or close to native Mandarin and fluent in English are highly preferred
• Opens to IANG visa holder
