Order Management Specialist (Electronics | 24 - 26k)

My client is world leading electronics manufacturer. Looking to enhance their order processing team, they are now in search of an Order Management Specialist.

Reporting to the Head of Order Processing, your responsibilities will include:

• Collect and review client contracts and ensure all necessary information is up to date and accurate including but not limited to payment terms, margin calculations, etc
• Place purchase orders with our factories based on customer orders through system
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate with customers about any delays or issues
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines and updates.
• Input orders and purchase orders into our SAP system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of order management or sales admin experience
• Experience communicating with factories or suppliers on orders management
• Proficient with Excel function and data system such as SAP
• Experience working within manufacturing industry
• Good communication skills and stable working experience
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
