Operation Assistant - Logistics / 18k

My client is a global leading luxury / collectable grading service provider. To support their logistics operation, they are not in search of a Operation Assistant.

You will be supporting the Operation Supervisor on regular operation and logistics function. As an Operation Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Operation Supervisor on regular daily operation function including packing, unpacking and stock count / check
• Handle shipment documentations and order processing including custom declarations, I/E documentations etc
• Work with customer services and sales team on logistics coordination
• Coordinate with customers, logistics vendors and internal parties to ensure smooth logistics flow
• Maintain system up to date regarding inventory status and update

To quality, one must possess:

• Form 7 with at least 1 year of logistics or operation experience
• Experience with order processing or data entry
• Willing to support the team on hands on packing, unpacking and stock count activities
• Young, energetic, team player mindset and good communication skills
• Proficient command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
