Office Manager ( Up to 45k)

  • HR matters - HR system data updates, recruitment, orientation, attendance/ leave management, staff benefits, work visa etc.
  • Assist in all round office administration, receptionist service, handling telephone calls.
  • Liaise with relevant external parties on different projects, such as licensing application
  • Perform other ad hoc duties when required.


  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR and Administration operations
  • Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedule
  • Professional, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindse
  • Proficiency in MS office software and Chinese typing
  • Ability to work in a diversified and team environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
