Office Manager, hands on, Good English

Job description

Our client is a local sizable company. They are looking for an all-rounded office and admin manager. This is a hands-on position. You will report to the Director (expat) in Hong Kong. You will be working with multicultural teams with an energetic spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration and facilities management

  • Coordinate the daily and logistics activities and operations of the office team of 10

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office procurement, leasing, office admin, office relocation and renovation, office events logistics and office risk assessment

  • Maintain workspace in good order and condition

  • Analyze workflow issues and process improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Hands-on experience

  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment

  • A team player with initiative, energetic, flexible and good interpersonal skills
