Office Manager, employee engagement

Job description

Our client is a US business service company. They are looking for an all-rounded office admin manager. This is a hands on position. You will work closely with the communciations manager in Hong Kong office. You will be working with multicultural teams with energetic spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Repsonsible for office administration, facilities management and employee engagement
  • Coordinate the daily and office admin activities and operations of the office team of 15
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of office procurement, leasing, office admin, office relocation and renovation, office events logistics and visa applications
  • Maintain workspace in good order and condition
  • Analyze workflow issues and process improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Hands on experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced working environment
  • A team player with initiative, energetic, flexible and good interpersonal skills
