Job description
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers
- Performing clerical duties, including answering phone calls, writing and responding to emails and receiving and forwarding documents
- Order office supplies, such as stationery, computer equipment and furniture
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
- Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3 years' experience in office administration in Financial Services industry
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
