Office Administrator

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily food deliveries with caterers and suppliers
  • Performing clerical duties, including answering phone calls, writing and responding to emails and receiving and forwarding documents
  • Order office supplies, such as stationery, computer equipment and furniture
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 3 years' experience in office administration in Financial Services industry
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
