Job description



Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Handle facility management tasks, including liaising with building management and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Organize meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and assist with internal events or team activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for administrative documents.

Executive Support:

  • Manage CEO expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement processing.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and other administrative tasks as required.

Regional Coordination:

  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues in other regions to support cross-border projects and ensure smooth collaboration.


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English, with conversational Mandarin skills.
  • Previous experience in office administration or executive support is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
