Job Responsibilities

  • Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
  • Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers.
  • Provide professional mortgage services to bank customers.
  • Recommend solutions to mortgage applicants.
  • Expand & maintain business network.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customer and the intermediate.


  • At least 4 years' experience gained from local money lender companies in mortgage loan development business;
  • Good track record in mortgage sales, with extensive network with mortgage intermediaries/agents/banks/property agencies;
  • With a strong potential client network is an advantage;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, motivated, good market sense and sales-oriented;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
