Mobile Channel Lead, Banking

Job description

Our client is a well-established banking Group with multiple line of businesses in Hong Kong. The Bank strives to offer consumer clients with innovative and advanced digital products and services and is currently seeking a Team Leader in the Mobile Channel team.


Reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, you will drive the development initiatives in the Mobile Banking Channel platform to strengthen the capabilities of the platform, drive customer penetration, customer usage on mobile banking channel. You will lead the delivery of the mobile channel projects from product and service formulation to launch, ensuring these initiatives comply with country and regulatory standards. As a leader, you will work with the wider product and customer segment teams to enhance the customer journey and user experience. You will keep up-to-date with the latest mobile channel trends and provide directions to the team in building out competitive and innovative products and services.


To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in product development and marketing with exposure to mobile banking, digital banking, e-wallet or ecommerce related areas
  • Good business acumen with retail banking product knowledge
  • Understanding of risk and compliance in the digital banking space
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
