Responsibilities

  • Spearhead initiatives for member development and recruitment to enhance our vibrant community.
  • Build and maintain connections with members, encouraging repeat visits while documenting their profiles and preferences.
  • Promote and upsell our exquisite selection of offerings, aiming to surpass the sales targets.
  • Respond to telephone and online inquiries, expertly handling member bookings with finesse.
  • Introduce and activate the latest promotional campaigns for members through personalized VIP follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement strategies to curate a premium customer journey that exceeds expectations.
  • Assist with customer experience events, managing logistics and onsite operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Tackle ad hoc assignments with agility as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail brands, five-star hotels, or high-end private clubs is highly valued.
  • Possess a proactive, energetic attitude with a strong emphasis on client-centric service.
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Show a strong sense of responsibility, taking ownership of tasks and challenges.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
