  • Min 1 year CS working experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides and maintain quality and professional services to members by promptly answering enquiries
  • Maintain customer log in relative systems
  • Handle customer complaints in the first level
  • Process all local and international orders from Members

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder and above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service field
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing
