Marketing Manager, Overseas Markets (B2C)

Job description

As the Marketing Manager for the overseas markets, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence and driving growth in key international markets.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and market penetration in overseas markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, social media campaigns, email marketing, advertising materials, and more.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and display advertising, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and bring innovative ideas to the table.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimal 12+ years of work experience in a related role. Prior team leading experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven hands on experience in driving B2C marketing campaigns targeting customers in overseas markets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong analytical ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
