Marketing Manager - Healthcare Service
Job description
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare company and they are inviting a marketing professional to join their expanding team in Hong Kong.
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of brand marketing and digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, operation and leadership teams to bring our vision to life online.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Management: Oversee brand consistency across all channels and digital touchpoints. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content. Manage website updates, blog strategy, and social media presence.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Manage paid media budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Lead Generation & Growth: Build and manage lead generation strategies across digital platforms. Collaborate with sales to align on lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Partnership & Community Building: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities. Engage with KOL and relevant communities and support affiliate and referral marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in marketing, business administration or a relevant discipline.
- A minimal 5 years of relevant work experience in brand marketing and digital marketing, ideally gaining from a fast growing business or start up environment.
- Proven success in planning and executing successfully marketing campaigns via various platform such as XiaoHongShu, WeChat, Instagram, etc.
- Strong background in building and optimizing lead funnels, with a focus on quality and conversion
- Solid experience in brand management and experience in managing brand identity and messaging across digital channels
- Creative, open-minded and enjoy working with a small and agile team.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required.
