Marketing Lead, ESG

Job description

Our client is a fast-expanding fintech company that provides ESG data/ solutions for financial institutions, corporations, and individuals to support green finance and responsible investments. They are now seeking a high-calibre marketing professional to lead their marketing function.

Responsibilities:

  • Branding: Define and own the vision, mission, market positioning, and brand image for our ESG-focused company.
  • Content Strategy: Coordinate across business lines to create compelling text, visual, and video content. Establish distribution channels for our content across media, platforms, and partners.
  • Events: Actively seek and participate in relevant events and awards, both online and offline. Organize company-specific events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Media and Communications: Maintain regular contact with media outlets. Monitor our brand's media presence and identify opportunities for increased exposure. Manage top management media interviews and make important announcements on behalf of the company.
  • Inbound & Digital Marketing: Oversee all inbound channels, including search engines, digital ads, thought leadership, and events. Measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Outbound Marketing: Manage and expand our existing client and prospect lists. Engage clients and prospects through targeted email marketing (EDM) and other campaigns.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree in related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Marketing Communications in ESG/ Green Finance
  • Entrepreneur mindset, Innovative and creative
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
