Marketing Head, Virtual Banking

Job description

Our client is a fast-growing financial services group with diversified businesses within virtual banking, consumer finance, and wealth management. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre marketing communciations professional to lead their marketing section.

Reporting directly to the Team Head, you will lead the marketing team in regards to planning and implementing marketing strategies to develop different marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement plus loyalty to drive business growth. You will work closely with other teams, especially product teams, to implement marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product marketing materials to support the business. You will help manage the marketing budget, along with staying up-to-date with different marketing trends to increase brand awareness. You will also manage different advertising agencies to ensure the delivery of quality marketing materials that match with the bank's brand image and direction.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years' of relevant experiences within Marketing Communications within the banking industry
  • Experience in leading a team will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Excellent commad in spoken and written English and Chinese
