Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Executive!

Are you passionate about marketing and ready to make a significant impact? Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive to elevate their brand and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Customer Experience: Work closely with managers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Partner with various teams to implement new initiatives that meet customer needs and expectations, including UI/UX reviews and feedback.
  • Insightful Analysis: Analyze customer and distributor feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and share valuable insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Media Relations: Support media interactions, respond to inquiries, and facilitate interviews to maintain a positive public image.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all communication channels by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Campaign Evaluation: Measure and evaluate communication campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors to ensure timelines and KPIs are met within the budget.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Handle additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or Corporate Communications.
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a must
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
  • A presentable professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High level of can-do attitude and customer-centric mindset with dedication to delivering high-quality results.
