About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, along with a solid understanding of traditional marketing methods.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels.
