Marketing Associate (FMCG, up to 21K)

Job description

Our client is a leading HK listed MNC company and they are currently looking for a Marketing Associate to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor brand marketing activities, including ATL,BTL promotions (TVC, Print, Digital, etc.) and PR events (B2B and B2C).
  • Exercise budgetary control to optimize marketing performance
  • Coordinates with internal and external parties for new product development and launch
  • Work closely with agencies to develop advertising campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis with agencies to identify the latest market trends and opportunities.
  • Establish proactive strategies and initiatives in response to market trends, consumer insights, and competitor performance.
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of marketing experience preferably in FMCG
  • Experience in brand marketing or new product development campaign
  • Smart with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
