Manager, Technology Risk - Banking (55-60k)

The Company

It is a well-established retail and corporate bank in Hong Kong and APAC.

My client, an expanding Chinese corporate bank is looking for a Technology Risk Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Support bank-wide security initiatives, including security strategy, policy and architecture, information privacy and governance, certification and compliance, business and technology resilience and security testing
• Maintain and enhance the technology risk management policies, control frameworks and cyber resilience strategy
• Conduct Cybersecurity/Privacy assessments, project/system implementation reviews, System and Organization Controls (SOC) reporting, other internal control reviews and regulatory compliance assessments
• Ensure cyber and technology risk controls are properly designed and implemented
• Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of technology risk areas in the bank

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or relevant
• 5+ years of experience in IT Audit or Technology Risk Management
• Prior experience in consulting firms serving Banking or in-house banking would be desired
• Good knowledge of HKMA regulations and guidelines on Technology Risk Management
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or relevant are preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
