Manager / Assistant Manager (PMO) - Conglomerate - Hong Kong

Our client runs a conglomerate business. They are now looking for a high calibre PMO Manager/ Assistant Manager to join their fast-growing technology team:

Responsibilities:

• You will report to the Senior Manager in PMO of IT Department and work with various business units to lead efforts in digital transformation in the organization;
• You will provide relevant suggestions to drive business values and execute digital / IT projects;
• You will coordinate with business analysts, user representatives, technical teams and vendors to initiate and execute projects in various digital areas;
• You need to understand the problems and needs of business units to provide digital solutions
• You need to define and execute project management plans, as well as identify and manage project risks, issues, resources and financials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 5+ years of working experience, with at least 3 years in digital / IT project management
• Project experience in digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, data analytics, IoT is a plus
• PMP and Scrum certified preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to work with all level of stakeholders
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Manager
