Manager, Segment Analytics/MIS, Retail Banking

Job description

Our client is a leading banking group with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-caliber segment management candidate to join their retail banking business, with a focus on segment analytics.

Reporting to the Segment Head, you will be a key number of the segment team to support on formulating business strategies to drive business growth for all targeted segments. You will be focusing on driving customer analytics, portfolio management, and preparing MIS reports for senior management. You will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure that the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers. You will also be working closely with different sales channels, especially online channels, along with formulating and developing marketing strategies and plans for them to enhance the business's sales performance.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in segment/product/business/sales management in retail banking businesses
  • Solid experience in MIS and customer analytics
  • Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Chinese
