Manager, Regulatory Compliance

Job description

Our client, a leading PRC investment banking group, is looking for a Manager, Regulatory Compliance to join their expanding team.

Responsibilties:

Ensure the company's policies and procedures adheres to regulatoy requirements

Review and maintain compliance related policies and manuals

Provide compliance advice and solutions in relation to equities and trading

Assist to implement compliance programs

Carry out compliance tasks related to licensing and AML/KYC related matters

Requirements:

Degree graduate from a related discipline

At least 3-5 years of compliance experiences within other brokerages or investment banks

Good command of English and Chinese

Solid knowledge in Powerpoint and Excel
