Manager, Loan Product

Our client is a well-established financial services group with diversified businesses. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has been created for a high-calibre product development professional to join their Loan product team.
Reporting to the Department Head, you will be a team lead to develope and enhance loan products. You will assist to formulate and to launch loan product marketing strategies. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external parties for new product initiatives, executing marketing campaigns to support the business growth. You will also need to prepare training for sales channels on product and campaign details.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• 
  Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• 
  Minimum 5 years' experience in personal loan and / or card loan, product development, project management gained from Banks, Credit Card and/or other Financial Institutions
• 
  Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• 
  Strong communications skills in English and Chinese
