Manager, Insurance Marketing

Our client is global insurance company with strong presence in Hong Kong. As part of continued growth, a unique opportunity has arisen for a product marketing candidate to join their bancassurance department.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the marketing team to plan and implement marketing strategies to support bancassurance partners. You will drive online and offline customer initiatives and marketing promotions to drive penetration for targeted customers. You will enhance customer journey to increase customers' stickiness and carry out projects to uplift customer experience. You will work closely with bancassurance partner to ensure the best competitive products are marketed to relevant customers and provide excellent client experience. You will work closely with bank partners to drive their online channel and formulate and develop marketing strategies and plans for them to enhance their sales performance.

To qualify, an individual must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' experience in Insurance Marketing /Bancassurance Marketing gained in Insurance firm / Bancassurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
