Manager, Event & Partnership Marketing, Financial Services

Our client is a well-established financial services group with a diverse business portfolio in securities, investment banking and asset management. With their continuous expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Event & Partnership professional to join their Hong Kong business.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will be a key member of the team driving end-to-end event planning and execution, partnerships, client engagement initiatives to uplift brand exposure and image. You will lead the team on event planning, coordinate with external vendor on event logistics, produce event communications materials and souvenirs, manage event budgets, as well as post event-evaluation. You will identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities and drive marketing campaigns to drive business growth. In addition, you will manage various internal communications activities, including produce staff communications content and organize staff engagement events to promote company culture and drive employment engagement. In addition, you will support team members on other communications initiatives.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related discipline
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Event Management/ Event marketing/ Corporate Access in financial services industry
• Experience gained from Investment Banks/ Asset Manager is highly preferred
• Good international skills and project management skills
• Travel to Mainland China is required
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (reading and writing), both Cantonese and Mandarin
