Manager, Digital Project Manager, Insurance

Job description

Our client is global insurance company with strong presence in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity as arisen for a high-calibre Digital Project Management Professional to join their bancassurance business digital team

Report directly to Team Head, you will be a key member of the team as a to drive digital projects for bancassurance business. You will provide expert advice and work with bank partners on driving and enhancing customer journey on digital platform, product capability and ensure smooth projects delivery. You will work closely with various department, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control to monitor end-to-end process and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with IT team from preparing the business requirements, perform gap analysis to UAT testing. In addition, you will provide other supports within the team when required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in digital product/ project management/ business analyst within insurance/ banking industry
  • Experience working on insurance projects is a must
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
