Manager, Digital Channel Management, Banking

Job description

Our client is a top tier bank with diversified businesses in Hong Kong. With their continuous growth in their digital business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre digital professional to join their digital channel function for retail banking business.

Reporting to Digital Channel Head, you will be a key member of the team as a digital product owner to support on the development of digital channel strategies to strengthen digital capabilities and enhance digital adoption across various customers' digital platform, including internet banking, mobile app, other digital banking services in supporting business growth. You will drive digital solutions to enhance online customer journey and drive online product acquisition and cross-selling opportunities. You will drive the digital related projects and work with various internal departments to develop UAT, testing plan, provide training to internal staff and perform risk assessment. In addition, you will monitor customer feedback related to digital channels to identify areas of improvements

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in relevant experience of digital channel/ digital product/ ebanking/ digital project management in banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
