Manager, Digital Analytics, Insurance

Our client is a global insurance company with a strong presence in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-caliber Digital Analytics candidate to join their bancassurance business digital team.


Reporting to the Business Head, you will be a key member of the digital product & projects team to drive the digital strategy and customer journey experience for the bancassurance business with analytics. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to extract and summarize data taken from websites and marketing campaigns. You will coordinate with the strategy and marketing team to form and strategize plans within the firm. You will interpret that data and use it to help to meet business requirements and drive engagement with the team's online channels.


To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in digital analytics, preferably gained from industries of banking/insurance/financial services
• Experience on digital acquisitions and project management will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
