Manager, Deposit Product

Our client is a leading banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. As their business continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre deposits product management candidate to join their retail banking business.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be working closely with various departments, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Control, to monitor end-to-end processes and to make sure that it complies with internal and external regulations. You will help track and support relevant business analytics and MIS to analyze customer behaviour for control issues and driving business growth. You will be staying up on market trends as a reference for deposits portfolio monitoring. You will also be driving new initiatives and assist in product development and enhancement to meet business objectives.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in product management/development in the retail banking industry; preference will be given to candidates with experience in deposits management
• Experience in business analytics will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
