Manager, Corporate Finance (Open to big4)

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, you would be responsible for but not limited to:

- Lead IPO execution end-to-end, ensuring smooth deal flow
- Plan and carry out thorough due diligence: setting scope, sample selection, interview prep, and site visits
- Coordinate with issuers, accountants, legal advisers, valuers, and other parties to prepare prospectus and listing docs
- Communicate with regulators and handle their queries related to listing applications
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to deliver quality outcomes

To qualifty, you will be required to possess the below:

- Solid experience in IPO execution and corporate finance work
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Good understanding of HKEX listing rules and regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
