Manager, Communications, Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate and Private banking. With their continuous expansion in business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Communications professional (Native/ close to native in English and English writing) to join their Corporate Communications Team.

Reporting to Team Lead, you will be a key driver of the Corporate Communications team to formulate public relations and communications plans for the company. You will support the development and implementation of media relations strategy to maintain and promote company's brand image. You will drive various communications activities includes maintain corporate website and social media channels, handle media enquiries, monitor media reporting, as well as internal communications initiatives. You will draft media releases, external communication materials and assist in production of Interim and annual reports.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in communications, public relations, translation, and journalism
• Native/ close to native in English writing, basic command in spoken Cantonese and / or Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Public Relations/ Corporate Communications/ Copywriting/ Content marketing/ Editor gained from Banking/Financial Services Sector
• Good interpersonal skills with solid experience working with media
