Manager, Card Usage & Retention

Our client is a well established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate and Private banking. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre marketing candidate to join their Card business team.
Reporting to Business Head, you will be a key member of the credit card team, implementing card usage campaigns to drive online usage of credit card. You will assist with the card usage marketing programs and partnership development, supporting digital payment programs and projects to stimulate card usage. You are responsible for liaising with external agencies to produce marketing collateral. You will also monitor campaign response and manage budget.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, card usage, product management gained from Banks and / or Credit Card companies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong communications skills in English and Chinese
