Manager, Agency Training, Insurance

Our client is a sizeable insurer within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an agency training professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs and strategies for agents that align with company goals
• Main focus on Health/Medical Products, VHIS
• Revamp training and course materials based on market needs
• Implementing different training programs depending on products and the situation

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within financial services, preferably within insurance
• Managerial experience will be an advantage
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset, along with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
