Manager, Agency Marketing, Insurance

Our client is a sizeable insurer within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an insurance marketing candidate to join their agency marketing team, focusing on agency recruitment marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop marketing plans related to the agency force, aligning with business objectives
• Enhance brand image and visibility of the business with different branding initiatives, to drive agency recruitment
• Develop and implement different marketing campaigns for the agency force
• Create engaging content across various channels on social media
• Develop comprehensive ATL/BTL communications strategy plans with different stakeholders to deliver various messages to the agency
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies on market plans and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and to optimize marketing strategies

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience within marketing, preferably within the insurance industry
• Experience within agency marketing will be an advantage
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset, along with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
