Job Duties

• Ensure appropriate access controls and licensing models are correctly implemented across the M365 environment.
• Serve as the escalation point for M365‑related issues and drive them to full resolution.
• Administer and manage Exchange Online.
• Assess, recommend, and implement M365 messaging technologies to replace existing third‑party tools.
• Evaluate and adopt Microsoft's mobile device management solutions to transition away from current third‑party platforms.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor and remediate system alerts, advisories, and security notifications within the M365 ecosystem.
• Support business teams in adopting M365 services such as OneDrive, Intune, Power Apps, and additional tools within the suite.
• Stay updated on new M365 features and enhancements, advising stakeholders on potential benefits and implementation opportunities for the firm.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience administering Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Practical experience managing Azure AD.
• Knowledge of Conditional Access policies.
• Familiarity with M365 user and product licensing.
• Proven experience taking ownership of technical delivery and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
