Loyalty Marketing Senior Manager, Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans to support campaign objectives
• Reactivate and re-engage inactive or lapsed customers
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Provide recommendations to enhance the customer marketing approach
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in the customer experience
• Design and create communication materials for agents and customers

Requirements:

• 10 + years of experience in loyalty or database marketing
• Bachlor defree in marketing, business or relevant disiplines
• Fluent in English and Chinese
