Logistics Manager (Regional Last Mile | 35 - 40k)

My client is an international trading company within the consumer product industry. Looking to enhance their logistics function, they are now in search of a Logistics Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage third-party last mile delivery service providers for multiple countries within APAC
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution with last mile partners
• Monitor and optimize last mile delivery operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and customer-centric deliveries
• Collaborate with internal teams (eg. sales, and international supply chain teams) to ensure seamless integration with delivery vendors
• Analyze operational data and propose improvements in route planning, partner coverage, and delivery performance
• Support expansion into new markets or cities with appropriate last mile partner sourcing and setup
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals with a focus on cost-efficiency and service quality

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of logistics management experience
• At least 2 years of regional logistics experience is a MUST
• Familiar with Taiwan and Hong Kong markets would be an advantage
• 10% travel is required within APAC region
• Independent, problem-solving mentality, good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is a MUST
