Logistics Manager - In house / 45k

Job description

My client is a global leading luxury / collectable grading service provider. To maintain their logistics operation and revamp their supply chain process, they are now in search of a Logistics Manager.

You will be leading the logistics and shipping operations in Hong Kong. Along with the China team, you will be revamping their regional supply chain process and setting new SOP. As a Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a small team to manage the logistics and shipping operations in Hong Kong
  • Manage the regular inbound and outbound logistics to China and US including order processing, custom declaration and I/E documentations
  • Work along with China Operation team to revamp company's regional supply chain process
  • Set up new SOP for company's supply chain and logistics process in Shanghai Free Trade Zone
  • Support Operation team on pick and pack function
  • Review and analyse company's logistics performance and provide suggestion for process improvement

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of logistics management experience
  • Experience with inbound and outbound logistics including order processing, customs and I/E documents
  • Experience with logistics process and SOP set up in China and Free Trade Zone is a plus
  • Willing to be hands on from time to time to support the Operation Team
  • Open minded, flexible, presentable with good communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
