Logistics Manager, APAC (Consumer MNC | 40 - 60k)

My client is market leading consumer product MNC. Looking to enhance their logistics network and operation, they are now in search of a Logistics Manager. Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Logistics Manager.

Reporting to the Operation Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the import and export of goods.
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing customs clearance processes and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Manage relationships with our business partners to ensure effective order prioritization, exceptional handling, and excellent service recovery actions.
• Negotiate transportation costs with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Utilize internal system for reports and analysis
• Identify areas for improvement and drive business process reviews or transformation projects with other internal stakeholders

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 6 years of logistics management experience
• Knowledge of international logistics and transportation including regulations, freight network operation
• Capabilities to drive both network strategies and logistics operation
• Good communication and stakeholders management skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
