My client is an innovative pharmaceutical company. Looking to cope with their logistics arrangements, they are now in search of a Logistics & Admin Coordinator.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders on order arrangement (sales team, QA team, customers)
  • Follow up and monitor company's order processing including order entry, customs clearance and logistics arrangements
  • Handle incoming enquiries through emails and calls
  • Assist on general administrative support

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least one year of logistics or admin experience
  • Experience handling order processing, warehouse coordination and logistics arrangement
  • Proficient with Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be an advantage
  • Energetic, detail minded with good communication skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
